主要的可能是看比的对象吧。如果是跟非洲阿富汗比，那肯定是幸福多了，但是跟视频网站上那些动辄消费几千几万的网红，那肯定会感觉到世界的荒诞。当然，最主要的还是自我开解。比如每日三问“你今天吃饱了吗？你今天笑了吗？你今天累吗？”偶尔抽一天时间，啥都不干，去路上漫无目的的走走，放空自己，看看大自然，感受自己是在切切实实的活着，跟这个世界有交集，就会快乐很多。
